Cambridge Fund does a great job with complex 1031 Exchanges. We invested together in all eight of the smaller apartment properties simultaneously and made sure they all closed at the proper time. At the same time Cambridge Fund was investing in my current properties they identified a larger replacement property. This advance planning eliminates the stress that often goes along with completing 1031 Exchanges. I don’t know of any other investors that have the experience and expertise to competently execute an exchange with this many properties. A+ on Cambridge Fund investment analysis skills.
